Reports Available in Typing Agent 5.0, all of which are downloadable and exportable.

Archived Data – Shows all inactive data set aside from previous years. Delineate by schools, grade level, or year for desired report. 

Custom Class Report – Unveils facts concerning each class in your district. Use arrows to move topic headings from the left to the right column. Sort your selection by moving items in the right column up and down as desired then run the report.

Custom School Report – Showcases which school, how well, and how long each school uses the program. Use arrows to move topic headings from the left to the right column. Sort your selection by moving items in the right column up and down then run the report.

Custom Student Report – Sets out a wide range of information per student. Use arrows to move topic headings from the left to the right column. Sort your selection by moving items in the right column up and down then run the report.

Diagnostic Test Report – Shows improvement-over-time results. From the first day, students do a baseline test and at set points throughout the keyboarding curriculum, they are served up the same test. View results over time by school, class, and student.  

Detailed School Usage – Uses Date Range Limitations for reports detailing what individual or any school is doing in Typing Agent. It is possible to filter further by class.

District Activity – Logs when school- or district-based personnel do anything within the program; e.g. create tests, adjust student settings, reset password, etc.

Grade Usage – Displays usage across schools or at a specific school. Choose the grade level to be reviewed and the time period to view this report.

Grade Level Scheduled Tests – Details the results of tests set by district or school administrators for students to do on specific days.

Monthly Usage – Displays the number of teachers and students in one or more schools actively using Typing Agent each month or across months.

Teacher Usage – Names each teacher and identifies the school, whether the teacher is active or inactive, number of active students, lessons completed, time spent as well as the average accuracy and average WPM achieved. 

Upload History – Shows the date a CSV file was uploaded and whether it was successful. Clicking on the CSV file shows what was added.

Activity Summary – Class-based report that details exactly what and how well each student did in all activities over a time period selected.

Monthly Usage – School-based report gives a monthly count of how many teachers and students used the program.

School Activity – School-based report uses 7, 30, or All Days filters to log what and when teachers adjusted, created, deleted, reset, or did anything for students or colleagues.

Student Archive Data – School-based reports generates information based on specific grade levels and year data was achieved. 

Teacher Usage – Teacher-based report names each teacher, the school, whether or not the teacher is active, number of active students, lessons completed, time spent, average accuracy, and average WPM achieved.

Upload History – School-based report that shows when teacher- and student-based CSV files were uploaded successfully. Click on the CSV file to view, correct, or export file.

Leaderboard – Arranges students with the most accurate keyboarding results in order of performance, shows their experience points and their curriculums unlocked in Typing Agent. (N.B. Students in their reports see only the top six students in their class and where they are in relation to those six students.) 

Progress Report– Provides teachers a summary and detailed report of how students are doing in the various curriculums: Keyboarding, Digital Citizenship, Coding, Spanish, and Supplemental. 

Summary Report – Gives scores for each lesson in each unit. Teacher sees where students had successes and limitations, so they can provide guidance immediately.  

Detailed Report – Reports per student on the total time spent in a curriculum, what percentage of the curriculum has been completed, average accuracy, average WPM, and Grade (if set up by teacher or administrator). 

Time Report – Displays how much time students have spent at home and at school in any of the curriculums. A table and bar graph show the various data.

Custom Reports – Generates the classroom- or student-based reports the teacher wants. Select from the options in the left column and using the arrow to move them over to the right, then run the report.

Placement Tests – Displays where students fell in their initial test. Shows if they completed home row, top row, bottom row, all letters and sentences successfully.

Grade Level Scheduled Tests – Details start and end dates, test name, grade level, how many students have completed it, and which teacher assigned the test. Click the Eye to the far right to see which students did the test and how well they did. Teachers have the option to see or do the test by clicking on the Preview button.

Class Level Scheduled Tests – Details when a specific teacher gives a scheduled test for their specific class. Shows start and end dates, test name, its completion status, and which teacher assigned the test. Click the Eye to the far right to see which students did the test and how well they did. Teachers have the option to see or do the test by clicking on the Preview button

Activity Summary – Provides a log summarizing or detailing what students did that day, yesterday, up to seven days ago, or over a 30-day period in the keyboarding curriculum.

Focus – Permits the teacher to select any curriculum for a detailed report on how each student did on a specific lesson.  

Your WPM – Student sees their WPM for keyboarding lessons. Ask student if they are happy with their progress and guide when necessary.

Class WPM – Student sees their classroom’s WPM. Encourage students to compare results in order to keep working well or make improvements. Discuss with them how this may be done.

Grade WPM – Student sees the whole grade level’s WPM. Have students analyze where they are in relation to the whole grade level and boost work habits or continue progress accordingly.

My Weekly Learning Activity – Student sees their weekly report. Green shows their frequency of practicing. Black shows their time spent practicing. Blue shows their accuracy. These are based on the class or customized individual goals set by the teacher or administrator. Have a talk with the class or individual student about how these markers may be improved. 

Keyboarding Foundations 3+ – Student sees on the curriculum tile their personal statistics in terms of percentage of curriculum completed, accuracy and WPM. When student clicks on the >, they are taken to fuller reports showing what they have done over 7, 30, and All Days. Teachers may have students self-regulate by having a student review list and find lessons for which they did not attain 3 stars. A student clicks on that lesson and is taken directly to that particular lesson to practice.  

Digital Citizenship – Student views on the curriculum tile the percentage of how much time they have spent in the curriculum and how far they are through it. When student clicks the >, they see the different quizzes they have taken, their score and when they did them.

Agent Challenge – Student views on this tile their total time, how far they’ve gone in this curriculum, their accuracy, and WPM results. These lessons are geared to develop students’ mastery of a certain concept one at a time.  

Basic Code Lessons – Student sees on the curriculum tile their total time in this curriculum, how much of the curriculum is completed, accuracy and WPM. Expect these statistics to be lower because students are typing characters not commonly used when typing text but necessary for writing code. When a student clicks on the >, they are taken to fuller reports of what they have done over 7, 30, and All Days. Teachers may have student self-regulate by having them review the list and find the lessons for which they did not attain 3 stars. A student clicks on that lesson and is taken directly to that particular lesson to practice.  

Spanish Lessons – Student sees on the curriculum tile their total time in this curriculum, how much of the curriculum is completed, accuracy and WPM. Expect these statistics to be lower because students are typing characters not used in English texts. Active Student Curriculum -This is a report that shows which areas of the program your students are working on. Curriculum icons lit in green are currently active, curriculum icons greyed out are either not enabled or experience points have not been earned for them to enable. Displayed will be the student’s Name, Curriculum, Grade, Total Time spent in Typing Agent, and the students’ last login.

Final Evaluation Report - The Final Evaluation Test is the exam located at the end of Keyboarding Foundations 3+. This report shows your students’ scores for this test, including the students’ names, date completed, the accuracy and WPM as well as a grade earned.  This report is downloadable and printable.
