As a District Administrator, you will of course want to know how your district and its schools, classrooms and students are doing at any given time. Thankfully, we've provided a plethora of reports so that you can view however much or however little, however specific or however general information on the progress being completed.

Accessing Reports

From your dashboard, select the Reporting panel from the middle of the screen.

Weekly Averages

The first thing you'll see is your district's weekly averages, as well as an overall progress report. These are the most basic assessments of students' current progress. You can select any of these to view the following:

Avg Minutes/Week

When you select Avg Minutes/Week, you'll be able to view a graph of how many WPM all the students in your district are averaging during the given week. You can toggle between School and Grade to view the graph based on average per school, or average per grade.

Should you want to view only certain grades, schools, teachers, or students, you can do so by selecting the filter icon in the right-hand corner of the page and checking the criteria you'd like to see represented on the graph.

Avg Lessons/Week

When you select Avg Lessons/Week, you'll be able to view a graph of how many lessons all the students in your district are completing on average during the given week. You can toggle between School and Grade to view the graph based on average per school, or average per grade.

Should you want to view only certain grades, schools, teachers, or students, you can do so by selecting the filter icon in the right-hand corner of the page and checking the criteria you'd like to see represented on the graph.

Avg Weekly % Active Students

When you select Avg Weekly % Active Students, you'll be able to view a graph of the percentage of all the students in your district who are logging in on average during the given week. You can toggle between School and Grade to view the graph based on average per school, or average per grade.

Should you want to view only certain grades, schools, teachers, or students, you can do so by selecting the filter icon in the right-hand corner of the page and checking the criteria you'd like to see represented on the graph.

Progress Report

The progress report gives you a bar graph of all the grades in your school, and how much time they are each spending as a whole typing in the program on strictly lessons and tests. Since this doesn't account for time spent playing games, you can gain a better understanding of how much your grade levels are progressing through their core curriculums.

Monthly Average

The Monthly Average graph shows the minutes practiced, student login sessions, and lessons completed per month over the course of your entire school year. This makes it easy to observe trends of spikes and lulls in program success and usage of the program.

Reports

Scrolling down, you'll see a drop down menu of all the different reports you are able to access.

Now, select you'd like to view a report for. When you've chosen all the fields you'd like to see for that individual report, you can hit Run Report to generate it.

Select the blue button for a detailed explanation of each report.

Here's a video walkthrough of the reporting section if you still have questions:
