If you're finding that your browser isn't loading Typing Agent, fear not - there are plenty of ways to troubleshoot this issue.

Step 1: Clear your cache and refresh your browser.
Often, our browser's cache can actually slow down or interrupt Typing Agent's connection. If this is the case, make sure your cache is clear. If this doesn't work - move to step 2.

Step 2: Check your browser extension.
Your browser not responding may be due to common browser extension issues. Online, there are several articles or tutorials that advise how to fix these problems. Here's what we found works best.

Use this link to help with resolving this issue: https://mashtips.com/fix-page-unresponsive-error-chrome . Make sure not to try Block Third-party cookies off option as they are suggesting because if you disable this, you will not be able to log into Typing Agent. Try the simple and easy steps mentioned. For example, try disabling chrome extensions and Disable Hardware Acceleration as mentioned in the tutorial.

Step 3: Check your firewalls.

Here's a list of domains to permit. You may need to contact your network administrator in order to ensure these are allowed:

*.typingagent.com
fonts.googleapis.com
maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com
cdnjs.cloudflare.com
maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com
code.jquery.com
apis.google.com
cdn.plyr.io
vjs.zencdn.net
game5.typingagent.com
csv5.typingagent.com
app.typingagent.com
*.amazonaws.com
*.cloudfront.net

Of course - should none of this work, you may always contact us at support@typingagent.com so we can assist you.
