There are up to four categories of data to add into Typing Agent: Schools, Teachers/School Admins, Classrooms, and Students. Schools is the first category of data you will add as a District Administrator.
Schools can be added in bulk with a CSV file or one at a time with a webform.
CSV templates and details on the exact data required can be found under within the program.
- District Admins can add Schools with a CSV by going to District Dashboard>Schools tab, click ‘+ Schol’, then Upload School.
Schools can be added one at a time using the built in webform.
- District Admins can add Schools one at a time by going to District Dashboard>Schools tab, clicking ‘+ School’, and 'Create School'.
To add Schools via Clever, you must first request to sync with Typing Agent via your Clever Dashboard and be manually connected by Typing Agent.
- Once sync has been manually connected by Typing Agent, any Schools you're sharing in Clever with appear in Typing Agent.
