Welcome to Typing Agent 5
Thank you for trusting us as your choice for keyboarding and technology software.
Before you can start using your Typing Agent 5 account you will need to follow a few simple steps. Read each step below and click the corresponding buttons to display articles to guide you thru the process. If you need help along the way feel free to reach out to your Account Manager or the Typing Agent support staff by utilizing the chat feature on the bottom right of your screen or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. Setting Up School (s)
Before uploading users you will need to create the schools in your district.
By default the program will create a school for you named "Default School". If you are using the program as a single school you can simply rename the Default School to your schools desired name.
2. Uploading Staff:
Next you will need to upload your Staff (District administrators, School administrators, & Teachers) To learn more about these individual roles please see our Roles Overview article for more details, then click the article to learn how to add your staff.
3. Upload Your Students
Now that you have added your schools and staff it is time to upload your students. Please see the Adding Students article below for instructions.
At this point your account should be populated with the desired Schools, Administrators, Teachers, & Students. Your Typing Agent account is now ready to go. For additional assistance in setting up or if you would like help with any of our advanced settings please don't hesitate to contact the Typing Agent support team for help by using the chat feature on the bottom right of your screen.
