The Custom Reporting section offers an optional field of multiple parameters you can set for your own report. There are two custom reports available, the Student Custom Report and the Classroom Custom Report.



Here’s a look at what each parameter of each report means.

Custom Student Report:

A Custom Student Report gives you report options from the student level. This means that your report will be more granular to the specific student:

  • Username: The username that the student uses to log in.
  • First Name: The first name registered for that student
  • Last Name: The last name registered for that student.
  • Last Login: The last date of that student’s log in.
  • Grade: The academic grade level that student is in.
  • Password: The password that the student uses to log in.
  • Class Name: The name of the classroom that the student is enrolled in.
  • Class Code: The class code of the classroom that the student is enrolled in.
  • Average Accuracy: The student’s cumulative average accuracy.
  • Average WPM: The student’s cumulative average WPM.
  • Average Lessons: The student’s average number of completed lessons.
  • Average Time Spent: The student’s average amount of time spent in the program.
  • Total Time: The student’s total minutes spent typing in the program.
  • Class WPM: The classroom’s average WPM for comparison purposes.
  • Experience Points: The number of experience points that the student has.
  • Grade Earned: The letter grade the student has achieved to date.
  • K2 Highest Mountain Finished: The name of the highest mountain that the student has finished in the Keyboarding Foundations K2 curriculum.
  • K2 Highest Lesson Name:The name of the highest lesson that the student has finished in the Keyboarding Foundations K2 curriculum.
  • 3+ Highest World Finished: The name of the highest world that the student has finished in the Keyboarding Foundations 3+ curriculum.
  • 3+ Highest Lesson Name:The name of the highest lesson  that the student has finished in the Keyboarding Foundations 3+ curriculum.
  • K2 Flags Done/Total: The number of flags the student has completed out of the total of those on the K2 mountain.
  • 3+ Lessons Done/Total: The number of lessons that the student has completed out of those in the Keyboarding Foundations 3+ curriculum.

Custom Classroom Report:

A Custom Classroom Report offers a more average-based overview of the class' progress and stats.

  • Class Name: The name of the classroom.
  • Class Code: The code for the classroom.
  • Number of Students in the Class: The number of students currently enrolled in the classroom.
  • Class Code Active: Whether or not the class code is active for student self-enrollment.
  • Active Student Average: The average number of logins of students in the classroom.
  • Average Lessons: The average number of lessons completed by students in the classroom.
  • Average WPM: The average WPM of students in the classroom.

With both reports, please note that you will need to select a parameter from the left hand column, then move it over with the arrow buttons to the right hand column.

If you'd like to adjust the order, you can drag and drop each parameter to your preferred order once they're in the right hand column.

When you're finished, select Generate Report.
