Whether you’d like to remind your students of an upcoming assignment, or just send out a positive message, you can create an announcement to communicate with your entire class or a specific student that may require some additional encouragement. Here's how you do it:

First, navigate to your Class.

Now, navigate to the three black dots on the far right of the green header bar stating your class name.

From the drop-down menu, select Create Announcement.

From here, you can choose which class to publish your announcement to. By default, it’s set to notify all students, however, you can customize which students or student will receive the announcement in the drop-down menu. You can also set dates for when the announcements will appear when the student logs in on those days.

When your student(s) log in to Typing Agent, they will see your announcement on their screens on the date you selected)
