As a district administrator, you have the ability to log in as anyone in your district. This can be handy when you need to assess students on a more granular level, rather than in assessing entire schools as a whole in your own account. While you cannot view your staff’s passwords, you can still log in to their accounts. The manner in which you do this all depends on how you find that student or staff member. You can either browse by users, search by name, or search by role.

Browse By Users:

From your dashboard, select User Management.

From here, you will have a list of all students and staff. Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.

Search By Role:

From your dashboard, click the Search Bar.

Then, you will have a list of all students, staff, classrooms or schools. Select the role of the user you’d like to log in as.

Now, you will see a list of all users with that role.  Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.

Search By Name:

If you know the name of the specific user you’d like to log in as, click the Search Bar from the dashboard.

Now, type the name of the user.

Select the user from the list that drops down.

Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.
