This is the report a school administrator will use if they want to get an overview of how the different grade levels are using Typing Agent. This can be helpful in determining how many licenses are necessary or if you need to reward/encourage certain grades for their use of the program.

To access this report, click on Reports at the top of your screen. From the drop-down menu, select the Grade Usage report:

From here you may now select the grade level you'd like to see. Should you want to see all of the grade levels in your school, where it says Select Class, simply use the All option. Once you've selected the grade level, you will then be prompted to choose a date range:

This date range can be for the current week, the previous week, the current month, the previous month, the past 6 months, all time or a custom date range (e.g., Mar - June).

Should you want to choose your own dates, then use the Custom option. This will permit you to choose your own start and end dates that you want the report to show:

When you've selected your preferred time range, hit Run Report.

You will then see the following:

  • Grade: The grade level in your school that you've selected.

  • School: The name of your school.

  • # of Active Teachers: The number of teachers with students of the grade level who have logged in and used the program over your selected date range.

  • # of Active Students: The number of students in the grade level who have logged in and used the program over your selected date range.

  • Lessons Completed: The number of lessons that have been completed in the grade level over your selected date range.

  • Time Spent: The average time spent using the program by your students in the grade level over your selected date range.

  • Avg Accuracy: The average accuracy of students using the program over your selected date range.

  • Avg WPM: The average WPM of students in the grade level over your selected date range.
