Q. Where do my kids and I log in?


A. If you click on your initials in the top right hand corner, select My Profile from the drop-down. From here, you'll find a web address. This is where you'll go to log in. It's advised that you bookmark this in your browser so that you can easily go there again!

Q. What is my child's username? What is their password?


A. When you log in to your Typing Agent account, you will see your child's first name on the roster. Beneath this is his or her username. You will also see a field for Password next to the name.


Q. How do I change my password, e-mail or name?

A. You can change your password by selecting the initials at the top-right corner of your screen, and selecting My Profile from the drop-down menu. Here, you'll be able to update your password.

Q. How do I sign out of my account?

A. You can log out of your account by selecting the initials at the top-right corner of your screen, and selecting Log Out from the drop down menu. This will log you out of your Typing Agent account.

Q. I'm using a trial account. How do I purchase?

A. When you've made the decision to purchase Typing Agent, select the orange Purchase button in the top-left corner of your screen. This will direct you to a purchase request form, then create an invoice for your order.
