As a standalone single school administrator, you have the ability to log in as anyone in your school. While you cannot view your staff’s passwords, you can still log in to their accounts. The manner in which you do this all depends on how you find that student or staff member. You can either browse by users, search by name, or search by role.

Browse By Users:


From your dashboard, hover over your Admin button and select User Management.

By default, you'll see all of your staff listed under User Management. The funnel icon in the right-hand corner can be used to filter users by All Teachers/School Admins, School Admins, Teachers, All Students and all Unassigned Students. Filter according to the role of who you'd like to log in as.

Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.

Search By Role:


From your dashboard, click the Search Bar.

Then, you will have a list of all students, staff, or classrooms. Select the role of the user you’d like to log in as.

Now, you will see a list of all users with that role. Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.

Search By Name:


If you know the name of the specific user you’d like to log in as, click the Search Bar from the dashboard.

Now, type the name of the user. Select the user from the list that drops down.

Select the student or staff member you’d like to log in as, and then select Login As from the menu on the right.

Now, you can log in and use the program as the user you’ve chosen. You can click the Return button to go back to your own account anytime.
