To find these resources, first, select your classroom from your dashboard.

Then, select the Agent Gadgets drop-down menu on the right hand side of your screen.

From here, you'll find a variety of options:

  • Add Teachers. To add additional teachers means that another teacher at your school will have access to your classroom. This can be helpful if you've got a substitute, co-teacher, or a teacher's assistant.

  • Export Students. When you select this, you'll export your classroom's roster to a CSV file for you to upload and use again elsewhere.

  • Editable Parent Letter (English/Spanish). Available in both languages, this is a handy message template to customize and download to send out to parents to inform them about Typing Agent, and what they can expect in their child's classroom.

  • K2 Pre-Type Activity Booklet. This is a fun, coloring-book style packet that you may be interested in using for your younger students who are not yet familiar with a computer or keyboard. It is designed to be used as a precursor to our K-2 typing curriculum, so have fun!

  • K2 -2 Grade-Level Certificate of Completion. This is a certificate of completion that you can print for your students who have finished the K-2 curriculum. By downloading this, you'll be downloading a file of JPEG certificates that you can print and award each student as they finish the curriculum.

  • K-2 Grade-Level of Certificate Great Improvement. This is a certificate that signifies that your K-2 students have made significant improvements in average WPM and accuracy.

  • KF3+ Grade-Level Certificate of Completion This is a certificate of completion that you can print for your students who have finished the Keyboarding Foundations 3+ curriculum. By downloading this, you'll be downloading a file of JPEG certificates that you can print and award each student as they finish the curriculum.

  • KF3+ Grade-Level Certificate of Great Improvement. This is a certificate that signifies that your Keyboarding Foundations 3+ students have made significant improvements in average WPM and accuracy.

  • Digital Citizenship Certificate. This is a certificate used to award students for finishing the Digital Citizenship curriculum.

  • Create Announcement. When you create an announcement for your class, you'll be writing up a message that appears automatically each student's dashboard in your classroom. This can be very handy if you'd like to remind everyone about an upcoming test or grading!

  • Delete Classroom. If you delete your classroom, please note that this cannot be undone, and by deleting your classroom, your students will be unassigned. If your students are unassigned, then they will still be taking up a license without having an account. It is only recommended that you do this if your classroom is empty and you have already allocated those students to their new, proper classrooms.
