Schedule/Participate in District Administrator Training Webinar's
Set Time Zone (School Management > Time Settings)
Review Permissions for School Admins and Teachers ( School Management > Permissions) District Administrator help
Specify School Start and End Dates (affects reporting) Help Settings
Review Grade Settings and Grade-level Targets. Make modifications, if necessary
District Settings Help School Administrator HelpReview Gradebook Settings ( School Management > Grade Book > Select Grade Level ) and make modifications, if necessary
Gradebook District Administrator Help Gradebook School Administrator HelpReview your account to ensure you have enough student licenses. ( Click Profile Name ( top right) > Account ). If you need to adjust your student license count, reach out to us directly at: support@typingagent.com.
Choose rostering method with your preferred technology for this year
Google Class Rostering for School Admin and Teachers
Self Registration (Teachers and/or students)
Setup Teacher Guide and best practice training for teachers by webinar.
Setup Student Expectations per grade at the district level if different than defaults. Target Settings
Review Gradebook and make modifications, if different than defaults.
Setup Scheduled Test (Optional if you want additional data points to show progress for your students)
